the story so far...

As a child I couldn't tell my left from my right. At the age of 15 I picked up the drum sticks and everything changed

Diagnosed with dyslexia as a child school was a struggle. By chance at the age of 15 I had a go on my brothers friends drum kit and discovered I could play everything he had been taught over the year or so he’d been having lessons. A couple of weeks later I was visiting his teacher and realised I had finally found my thing. I’d also discovered music and over the next few years there would be some very influential albums released and some even more influential albums discovered from the past, I had found my voice.

30 years on I have played a wide range of music, original rock and blues bands, Metal, Rockabilly & funk rock. There’s always been a covers band or two on the go, covering a diverse range of music. Depping for other musicians at the last minute also keeps you on your toes, something that I really enjoy.  Playing music has not only given me confidence, it’s given me my social life, meeting and making some amazing life long friends along the way. I built my own recording studio 15 years ago where I have recorded many artists and drum tracks along with establishing my own presence on YouTube covering all sorts of topics.
